Q: Do you have a Lost & Found?

We don’t have a formal Lost & Found department. However, if you have left something behind, please call us within 24 hours. We cannot hang on to recovered items longer than that due to the sheer volume of items left behind and the limited storage space available.

Q: Can I get a refund if I can’t make the date I’ve booked?

You can get a full refund provided you contact us by phone (+ 353 21 465 8100) 48 hours in advance. After that, you will lose your booking fee.
